Oh, the Horror!
At 9:00 p.m., the children are shooed off to bed. This is what I often find in their wake. At least this night, they left the remote control in plain sight.

Probably hanging out with me. My girl leaves plenty behind when she leaves a room as well. She's starting to clean up her act a bit since we started calling her back *no matter what she's doing*, and making her pick up after herself. I'm convinced that neat freaks are born, not made.

I came home to find the living room floor littered with stuff.
You are SO lucky that you are not as mentally obsessive as I am! My poor two year old is not allowed to even think of going to bed until he's helped me clean up every bit of mess he's made that day! His dad, on the other hand, is still a work in progress. I must seem like such a naggy woman to him!
I don't know where you were, but I think the same wolves must have raised my son.
