I'm Home!

One shuttle bus, two flights, and a car ride later, I'm home.

Glory be to God in the highest.

Welcome home. I am soooooo looking forward to all your stories. Blistered feet, train from hell, crying in the Rainforest Cafe, and many more I am sure.

Enjoy this little rest at the end of your "vacation". Ahhh, there is no place like home.

Yes, we sold our house and are leaving our new kitchen. Can you believe that? I wondered how I would feel when I walked into the house and saw the finished product and knew I would be leaving it behind. I was surprised to find that I liked what I saw, but didn't feel regret or sorrow about leaving it. The time is right and I am more excited about what I am going to instead of what I am leaving behind. Good friends and neighbours are another thing, but they can always come and visit us, so I will have the best of both worlds.

Well, I must run and pack a few more boxes. Take care and enjoy your few quiet days at home. Now, that is a vacation!!!!!
