Don't you wish you could live here, too?

Darn, that pic doesn't show the 12th Man Flag very well. Go Hawks!!

If it's any consolation, Mel, tomorrow is supposed to be one of the biggest wind storms in several years. It may still be wet & gray, but at least it will be BUSY!

Now just as long as I have power & cable for The SuperBowl of All SuperBowls tomorrow... (For once I'll be watching the actual game & not just the commercials, heh.)

No, but I'd sure like to visit again. Puget Sound. Pike's Market. Rain. I love rain. :-)

Well.... No, not really. But, I LOVE visiting occassionally. :-) Can't say I agree with the bee's knees. We don't mind 24/7 sunshine 'round these parts.

Great photo and blog. I just found you for the first time and I really like your writing. We are the same age - that might help me feel like we have a similar perspective, though. Anyway...hope it stops raining. It must be awful. We have inversions here, but they never last 38 days!

Yes. Oh....wait. Guess where we're eating lunch on Valentine's Day. If you really want to stalk me, meet me at the top of the space needle on Valentine's Day. I know, I know...too Sleepless in Seattle.

My dh, who spent 2 years of his childhood in Seattle, wants to move back. I don't know if I could take it though, 40 days of rain? They would have to have me commited I am afraid! The space needle does look cool though, and I am rooting for the seahawks in the superbowl.....but I still don't think that I could live there.

I'd like to visit, I wouldn't want to live there. Our family of seven owns one umbrella and I like it that way.

Ooo. I saw that as I flew into Seattle yesterday to catch my connecting flight. I get happy every time I see the Space Needle.

Enjoy your rainy windstorm today. It's supposed to reach all the way over to the East side of the mountains, as well. Wish I were there to experience it. I love the sound of rain hitting the windows and the skylight.

I liked Seattle although the one time I was there it was beautiful and sunny the entire weekend...so it's not like that all of the time? :)

Yes.
We haven't had rain since the middle of October.
I am having problems remembering what it's like.
Send some south, will you?

I think the Seahawks brought the rain with them! We were supposed to have 4 inches of snow today -- nope, just 1/2 inch mixed with rain. Yuck. Cold rain is WAY more annoying than snow!
